To the Downey, Willis & Simmonds families, I want to send my deepest condolences to you all. I had the great pleasure of meeting Quintez back in 2006-2007 when I was a practicing teacher at Nelson Whynder Elementary School. I was impressed right away by his kindness, his strong sense of community and his integrity. I was very sadden to hear about his passing. He impacted so many people in a such positive way. He will be truly missed. My prayers and thoughts are with you during this time. God bless.
