Just heard of Steve's death through brother Ross.
So sorry for your loss. Steve was a teacher in Shelburne
when Hughie and Ross were in SRHS. He was a friend and
mentor to both Ross and Hughie.
A wonderful tribute of pictures included with the obituary.
Our sympathy to you Marg and family.
Love,
Hughie and Mary Lynne
Marge, family and loved ones. We were so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We remembered all the times we had the honour of spending time with you both at family gatherings. We feel very fortunate that we had the privilege of being touched by such a truly kind, fun, and special man. His hugs will be missed but the wonderful memories will stay with us.
Pouring you tons of support and know we are thinking of you all.
Saddened to hear of Steve's passing. He was a good man to know and work with and without doubt, he's left behind many wonderful memories. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.
We our so sorry to learn of the passing of Steve. I have wonderful memories of him when I lived in Shelburne . I do remember when we were neighbors he was always a very active and social person with a great laugh. He was certainly a gracious man when it came to the giving of his time and concern for others which my Father and Mother would certainly agree. Our sincere condolences to all of the family. May God Bless.
I was so saddened to read that Steve has passed away, please except my sincere condolences. I will always remember that warm smile and caring ways. The last time that I saw him was at the Canadian Tire Store in Bayer's Lake on a rainy day. As always, I received the big wonderful hug and we had a great chat. Steve always spoke about our dear Mary in such a very endearing way, hopefully, they are with Dave ,Greg and all other NSGEU members in heaven, laughing and joking about not having to negotiate any more contracts !!!! just having a game of golf, relaxing and resting peacefully.
