Thinking of you all at this sad time. He was a fantastic guy that I met way back in 1962 while going to school in Shelburne.

Our prayers and condolences to the family. Steve was a great guy. Always had stories about the bay since we were both from there. We were in shelburne at the same time and had contact within his union responsibility. He was a very likeable guy and a pleasure to be around. We are very sorry for your loss. John and Donna
My sincere sympathy to the family of the late Steve MacDonald. Steve, or “Mr. MacDonald “, was the best high school teacher I ever had , grade 9 French at Barrington Municipal High, back in 1968, he always made time for his students and he made a big impact on my life, and I know that he will be greatly missed by his family. Rest peacefully Steve.
Marge and Family, We are so sad and sorry to learn of Steve's passing. He was such a dear friend for so many years . He and Mack first met in 1954 at sea cadet camp in Acadia , They continued to work together all those years with the NSGEU . You and your family were such special friends always. We cannot be with you for health reasons but you are all in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
Our love and blessings to you all and our sincere condolences,
Mack and Sandie MacKenzie.
Stephen, my condolences to you and your family on the loss of your father.

Marge I was so sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. It brought back many wonderful memories of you and Steve during 1961/62. Then we reconnected during our Retiree’s Conventions every September and I was always greeted by Steve with a wonderful big warm hug! He was a wonderful man who will be missed by those of us who had the pleasure of calling him our friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.
Dear Marge, we were so sad to read of Steve's passing. We will always have such fond memories of Steve and will be forever grateful for having the opportunity to know the wonderful man he was. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
My sincere condolences to Marge and family. Steve was a wonderful man with a great sense of humour. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by those who knew him or worked him as I was fortunate to do.
I have fond memories of Steve during his time in Shelburne especially during our hockey playing days when we came home with remnants of the results of fisticuffs we were involved in when we had to resort to defending ourselves in fights during the games most of which we did not start and I emphasize the word most!! Steve will be sorely missed and we extend our sincere condolences to you Marjorie and to your family. You are in our thoughts at this time!!!
I have so many memories of the early days in Barrington and Shelburne!! Steve was a great guy, a "Bay Boy". He and Bob were good friends; both involved in and passionate about various sports, including refereeing. My thoughts and prayers go out to my good friend, Marge, their children, Stevie, Debbie, and Ernie, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Rest peacefully Steve. Carol
