BLOWER, Margo Anne (nee - Higginson) - After a lengthy battle with sarcoma cancer, Margo Anne Blower passed at Belleville General Hospital on Monday, December 2nd in her 72nd year. Loving wife of 51 years to Garry and mother to her adored son Craig and wife Vicky. Proud "Gramma" to Jordan. Also survived by her beloved sister Wendy Higginson and daughter in law to Rodney and Roseanne Blower of Wellington. Margo will always be remembered by her sisters in law Jackie McConnell (Eric) and Lisa Reddick(Bruce) affectionately known as the Twisted Sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Doctor's Gregg and Ostic at Kingston General Hospital Oncology unit and to the nurses on the sixth floor of Belleville General Hospital for their compassionate care. Friends are invited to visit at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613-968-6968) 150 Church Street, Belleville on Friday, December 6th, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will take place in the chapel on Saturday, December 7th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Reverend Ada Clifton officiating. Reception to follow upstairs in the Terrace Lounge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Quinte Humane Society or Belleville General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
