I worked with Chris for two years and every single experience with him was a pleasant one, even when it was short conversations in the hall. But, I was lucky to have been on the same team as Chris this past year and there was no doubt he had a world of knowledge but what I loved most was that he was always, always willing to share it, never too busy to talk about anything! He was the first to suggest a name every time we had to name something as a team. He had some hilarious and insightful names!

On his slide for the 15 years work anniversary, Chris said, "coworkers both past and present are such tremendous treasures." I will always remember and treasure Chris because he taught me how to slow down in so many different ways without ever having to say a word. That lesson was one I needed and one I will take with me forever. Thanks, Chirs!

I loved his pens too!

I send Chris and his family all of my love!

Harold and Corol, We want to express our sincere condolences at the passing of your son Chris. It is not possible for us to stand in your place of grief and pain. Please know however that we stand beside you and mourn with you. I did not know him, at all, but from his life story expressed here can see that God used his skills mightily and with lasting purpose. He will not be forgotten in the community where he shared what he was given to use wisely and leaves great memories with his family too. Please know we are thinking of you in the days ahead.

My memories of Chris go back to Kakeka. He taught me a fun song about a train that over the years I forgot and have often tried to remember. It's funny how it is the little, out of the way things that tend to stay in the memory. He was a great kid, and I am am praying for you all in the moment of loss and grief. It is a comfort knowing his future is secure. My thoughts are with you.

Dear Browne Family,
We are saddened by the passing of Chris. Your family and the joy you all shared together spilled over on others and into our lives too. We know that he is with Jesus, but also know that the separation we feel from those we love is painful. We are praying for you to be sustained and strengthened in your faith. We have fond memories of his warmth, wit and thoughtful conversations. The funeral today was full of wonderful stories, beautiful music and faith building truth. We were blessed to be able to share in that time with you and encouraged by a life full of faith and a family who's love shone.

Our deepest condolences to the entire Browne family. Chris was a brilliant, charismatic person. Paul has many memories of Chris growing up in CSB together. We periodically got updates of all four Browne boys at Swiss Chalet in years gone by. Time certainly does fly by, be proud of all that Chris has accomplished in his few years. May your memories comfort you and the hope of a reunion in eternity. God Bless
