Jim began his funeral service career in 1991 in his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario and has been actively involved in the community serving with various charity groups and community organizations.

Jennifer started her career with Arbor in 2003. She is a licensed crematorium operator. Jennifer is a lifetime Hamilton resident who participates on many sports teams and in charity events.

Patrick has been a funeral director since 2000 and has been with Arbor since 2012. He volunteers with foodbanks and homeless shelters and is involved with hospice and palliative support programs.
