Exceptional service
Celebrate a Life Well Lived

For generations, a funeral has been a way for family and friends to gather and celebrate the life of a loved one, to honour their accomplishments, and to start the journey towards healing.  A funeral is a fundamental part of your final arrangements, whether burial or cremation is chosen.

Say More Than Just Goodbye

Traditional or contemporary, the funeral service can be tailored to your faith, taste and budget. Whether planning for yourself or a loved one, our professionals will help you design a memorial service as unique as the person being honoured.

Eden Brook Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home offers serene visitation rooms where you can receive friends and family in a soothing environment.  Traditionally this is done before the funeral service, giving others a chance to offer one-on-one condolences, love and support.

Planning a Service and Reception

Our modern 21,000-square-foot funeral  includes a large chapel.  But don’t feel obliged to have a traditional clergy-led service; there are a variety of ways to honour your loved one and the exceptional life they lived.  Bring their unique passions to the forefront – from talented artist to tireless world traveller, we can offer services to pay homage to their life.    Here are some things that can help make sure the service is personalized:

  • Special interests, hobbies and characteristics you want to honour
  • Reminiscences to share
  • Close friends and relatives to invite
  • A spiritual leader to conduct the service
  • Those who may want to share a memory at the service
  • Favourite music to play at the ceremony and/or visitation
  • Favourite authors to read at the ceremony

After the service, a reception allows family and friends to gather and reminisce over a meal or refreshments. With two fireside lounges, and fully equipped kitchen facilities, we can provide the perfect setting.

Online Tributes

Thanks to the Internet, being able to honour your loved one from anywhere has become easier. Our exclusive online memorial site, Sharing Memories, is a wonderful place to share photos, messages or videos about your loved one. The profile will always be accessible, letting friends and family visit and reminisce whenever they like.

Helping You Cope with Grief
