James began his career with Forest Lawn in 1988. He was promoted to assistant manager in 1992, and became branch manager in 2016.
Jennifer has worked at Arbor since 1991 and obtained her license in 1992. She is a member of the London Executive Association and volunteers at St. Joseph's Hospice.
Quinn began his career with Arbor in 2001 working part time in the Property Division. He has been full time since 2005, recently becoming the full time Crematorium Operator. Quinn is a proud Dad of two children.
Vern began his career with Arbor in 1981 in the Property Division. In 2015 he became a full-time Crematorium Operator, retiring after his 40th anniversary with Arbor. He now works part time at the crematorium.
Family Services Directors - Licensed Cemetery and Funeral Pre Planners
Marc started with Forest Lawn in November of 2018.
Sara started her career as a pre planner with Arbor in January of 2018. She has been a licensed funeral director since 2007.
Jeff has been a licensed funeral director since 2009 and transitioned to a licensed cemetery and funeral pre planner in March of 2019.
Jen has been with Forest Lawn since January of 2008. She believes it has been a privilege helping families all these years.
It has been Joe's honour to serve customers at Forest Lawn since November 2014.
Rene joined the team at Forest Lawn Cemetery in September 2020 and became a Licensed Pre Planner in July 2021. Rene holds a degree in Engineering Science and Marketing. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Filipino association in London.
Linda joined the team at Forest Lawn Cemetery in September 2020. She take great pride and care in assisting families with planning their cemetery needs.
Joseph has been a Licensed Funeral Director since 2004 serving families in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario, joining Forest Lawn Cemetery in April of 2021 as a Licensed Cemetery and Funeral Pre Planner. Joseph is married to his wife Sophia and together they love to travel and explore.
Megan became a Licensed Funeral Director in 2005. She takes great care in assisting families in their time of need. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
Josh began his career as a Funeral Director Assistant in 2006. He holds a Funeral Director's Licence in both Ontario and British Columbia. Josh joined Arbor in 2012.
Kelly’s career began in her home town of Hamilton, becoming a Licensed Funeral Director in 2012 and eventually moving to London and joining Arbor in 2020. She is active in the Portuguese community, and speaks fluent Portuguese. Kelly is married and has two beautiful Airedale terriers, Figo & Lucy.
Bailey became a Licensed Funeral Director in 2019 and joined the Arbor team in November of 2020. Bailey comes from a Portuguese family. Born and raised in London, she is proud to serve in her community.
Mallory became a Licensed Funeral Director in 2018 and joined the Arbor team in January of 2021. She is a proud dog mom to her Dalmatian, Oakley.
Cemetery Branch Administrators
Barb began her journey with Arbor in May 1995. She was married in 1996 and has 2 wonderful sons. She is a member of her local hockey association.
Began my lifelong career with Forest Lawn in August of 1986. I was married to my husband, Jeff, in October of 2001 and was also blessed with 2 wonderful twin step-sons. We then had 2 beautiful daughters in 2002 & 2005 to complete our family.
Funeral Home Office Administrators
Katina has been with Arbor since 2002 as a Funeral Home Administrator. She has a Paralegal background and enjoys volunteering with charities in the London area.
Stephen began his carer in funeral service 27 years ago. He is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Stephen enjoys volunteering annually for the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign.
Laura joined our team in 2014 as an office administrator. She has a degree in accounting and payroll as well as a strong customer service background.
