Our Staff

Karen has 20 years of funeral service experience. She enjoys crocheting, cooking ethnic foods and travelling. Her greatest fulfillment comes from spending quality time with her children and husband.
Funeral Directors

Joe started his career in Toronto. He has been serving families at J.J. Patterson’s since 2007. Joe lives in Welland with his wife Kim and their daughter Lauren.


Desiree resides in Stoney Creek with her husband Gerry and their 3 children, Jamison, Acaydia and Shea. She is new to the Welland area but worked at another Arbor location in Oakville for 7 years.

Funeral Director Assistant
A Welland resident for 58 years, Diane has been with us for over 20 years. She is retired from the Provincial Government. She and her husband Neil have two children.
A lifelong resident of Welland, Louise has been married over 50 years and has a son and three grandchildren. She volunteers with Community Christmas Toys and Our Lady of Hungary Church Council.
John retired from Welland’s industrial sector after 42 years and has been with us since 2009. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart for over 50 years and is an avid birdwatcher.
Dorothy is a lifelong resident of Welland where she is a member of St. Kevin’s Church. She’s been married to Henry for 55 years and they have 3 children, 5 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.
Lou came to Welland from Rome, Italy in 1965. He retired from the Welland Fire Department after 27 years and is an active member of St. Mary’s Church. Lou has 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
