Who We Are and What We Do
General Manager, Ottawa, Kingston & Belleville
Eric Thompson is a third generation Funeral Director with Arbor Memorial. He graduated from Humber College in 2005 with an honours diploma in Funeral Service Education. He is currently working as the General Manager of Ottawa, Kingston & Belleville. With over 12 years working for Arbor, he has become a leader in providing responsive, respectful and meaningful end-of-life services. Eric has a passion for serving and giving back to the community. He is involved with Rotary International, Chamber of Commerce, Sales and Ad Club, and an active member in the local Baptist church.
Funeral Home Manager
Sharma graduated from Humber College in 2002. She has been an empoyee of Arbor since 2007.
Toohey obtained his funeral directors license in 1993 and has been at the Kelly Funeral Home - Carling Chapel since 2008. He grew up and has resided in Kanata, Ontario since 1978.
Stephanie has been a licensed funeral director for 11 years. She has been with Kelly Funeral Home for 3 years. Stephanie is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Paul is involved with West Ottawa Ringette Assoc., Richmond Village Assoc., and is the past president of Ottawa & District Funeral Service Assoc.. He is fluent in French. Paul joined Arbor in 2012.
Mary has been with Kelly Funeral Home for 19 years. She is an active member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church.
Franka has been with Kelly Funeral Homes for 25 years. She speaks 4 languages including English, French, Italian & German.
