General Manager, Ottawa, Kingston & Belleville
Eric Thompson is a third generation Funeral Director with Arbor Memorial. He graduated from Humber College in 2005 with an honours diploma in Funeral Service Education. He is currently working as the General Manager of Ottawa, Kingston & Belleville. With over 12 years working for Arbor, he has become a leader in providing responsive, respectful and meaningful end-of-life services. Eric has a passion for serving and giving back to the community. He is involved with Rotary International, Chamber of Commerce, Sales and Ad Club, and an active member in the local Baptist church.
Funeral Home Manager
Richard W. (Rick) Nolan
Richard joined Kelly Funeral Homes in 1979. He is a member of St. Patrick's Parish, U of O Heart Institute Committee and the Royal Canadian Legion, and vice-president of Goulboun Lawn Bowling Club.
Tracy was licensed in 1995. She is a director of Unforgettables Fund, a presenter for Ottawa Victim Services panel, advisory for Collège Boréal and exec. for Ottawa District Funeral Service Association.
Paul joined Kelly Funeral Home in 2011. He is very involved with Holy Redeemer Parish and numerous charitable organizations in Ottawa. Paul is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Mitchell is an English speaking, second generation funeral director. He was licensed, with honours, in 2010. Mitch has been an employee of Arbor Memorial since 2006.
Jason has been a funeral director since 2017. He is fluent in English and French and is conversational in Spanish and German. He is married with two children. He is a member of Orpheus Musical Theatre.
