General Manager, Scarborough
Chris has been with Arbor since 2009 and joined the team at McDougall & Brown – Scarborough in July 2018 as Funeral Home Manager. He successfully completed Arbor’s National Management Training Program in 2011. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Scarborough.
Steven was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He graduated from Humber College in 2002 with a diploma in Funeral Service Education and joined Arbor in 2007.
Kristen has been a licenced funeral director since 2007. She is honoured to assist families in their times of bereavement.
Stephen attended the Funeral Service Education Program at Humber College of Applied Arts and Sciences in 1991 and graduated with an Honours Diploma in 1993. Stephen’s passions include motorcycles, sport-sailing, ice hockey and his daughter. He is a proud employee of Arbor for more than 20 years.
Growing up in small-town Cayuga, Ontario, Lauren began her career as a funeral director at the age of 15 at J.W. Hart Funeral Home. Lauren has been with Arbor Memorial since 2014, and enjoys being a licensed funeral director and assisting families in their time of need. Lauren has been involved with many charities over the years, including the Hike for Hospice and Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
Ryan acquired his Funeral Director’s License and joined Arbor in 2001. He started studying business management at Ryerson in 2005. He is dedicated to assisting families plan for one of life’s most difficult times. In 2007, he specialized in funeral and cemetery pre-planning with Arbor. Ryan has a passion for exceeding the expectations of the community that he serves.
Ryan is originally from Montreal. He has been in the funeral service industry for over 10 years. Ryan has an affinity to the latest technology, looking to bring funeral service toward the modern age.
Aurum is a newly licenced funeral director as of 2019. He has ten plus years of industry experience and started with McDougall & Brown – Scarborough in 2018.
Bryseis has been a licensed funeral director since 2020.
Patti has been with McDougall & Brown since 1997. She also supports our Regional Director for S.W. & Central Ontario administration. She is a volunteer with Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities Hospice Bereavement Program and facilitates grief sessions at the funeral home.
