Randy has been with Arbor since 1994. He is a member of Mount Zion Masonic Lodge, Oshawa & District Shrine Club, and a council member with ProAction Cops & Kids, Durham.
Kim is a proud employee with Arbor since 1993. She has had the pleasure of working in Toronto, Scarborough and Durham Region. Kim is devoted in providing compassionate customer service and assisting families in creating meaningful ceremonies.

Amy has been licensed since 2003. She joined Arbor in 2010. She loves all areas of funeral service. Amy is dedicated to helping families through the most difficult time in their lives.

Aundrea Howell has been a licenced funeral director since 1999, born and raised in Goderich. She joined Arbor Memorial Inc. 2003. Aundrea resides in Whitby with her husband and daughter and is proud to serve her community. She is a proud supporter of Durham Attack Volleyball club and is a long-time parishioner at Holy Family Parish, Whitby.

Mallory was born and raised in Hamilton Ontario and has been with Arbor Memorial since 2015. She moved to the Durham Region in 2017 with her husband and since then, they have welcomed 2 sons. She was active in the theatre community and hopes to become involved in the Durham Theatre Community soon.

Carley started with Arbor in 2016 as an Intern Funeral Director. After graduating the Funeral Directing & Embalming Program at Humber College with Honours in 2017 she has been proudly serving families as a Funeral Director in Toronto, York and Durham Region. Carley takes great pride in the Funeral Industry and devotes her working life to helping families through their most difficult time.
