Our Staff

Mike has 25 years experience in the funeral industry. Mike has an appreciation for how funeral service has changed and what matters most to his friends and neighbours in the Niagara Peninsula.

Brenda’s career in funeral service started 21 years ago as the hairdresser for many funeral homes in St. Catharines. Her involvement in the industry changed 9 years ago when she became a receptionist.

Joe started his career with Arbor in 2007. He is fluent in English and Italian.

Nicole has been with Arbor since October of 2016.
Sean’s career is built on his education and years of guest service management experience. When not meeting with families, he can be found with his family or at one of Niagara’s beautiful Golf Courses.
Funeral Directors

Tim has 30 years of funeral service experience. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Tim enjoys music and is a fan of the New York Mets and the Buffalo Sabres. Tim enjoys supporting families.

Andrea was born and raised in Fonthill. She became a licensed funeral director in 2015. Andrea and her daughter enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking and hiking with their dog Alli.

Gerry became a licensed funeral director in 2006. Gerry and his wife Desiree are raising their family of 3 children in Stoney Creek. He is involved with the Fonthill Lions Club.

Zachary earned his funeral directors license in 2018. He was the recipient of the OACFP and Excellence in Funeral Service Education for his graduating class. He loves spending time with his family.
Pre Planning Directors

Shannon joined Pleasantview on May 28, 2018. She is a member of Ontario Assosication of Veterinariann Technicians & runs the Southern Ontario Powerwheels Demolition Derby.

Kristi started with Arbor in May 2017. She enjoys driving in demolition derbies & tending to her chickens. She is committed to ensure your memory is honoured & remembered exactly as you wish.

Don has been with Arbor for 30 years.

With 7 years at Arbor, Maria’s dedication & compassion leaves a lasting impression on families who are entrusted to her care.

Teide joined Arbor in 2007. She is a wife and mom of 2. Teide attends St Kevin’s. She loves nature, scuba & squash. She donates time fundraising & partakes in research studies for a cure for Diabetes.

Angie has been with Arbor since 2014. She is fluent in Italian. Angie enjoys Yoga and spending time with family, especially her granddaughter. Her core values are honesty, integrity and transparency.
