Funeral Home Manager
Jason C. Ladd
Jason earned his funeral directors license in 1997. He has proudly served families of York Region for over 25 years. Jason joined Arbor in 2005. He is a Board Chair of Victim Services of York Region.
Brittany was born in Durham Region. She became a licensed funeral director in 2013 and joined Arbor in 2016. Brittany worked in the Toronto Region from 2012-2016 before coming to the York Region.
Pre Planning Funeral Director
Glenda is a licensed funeral director specializing in advanced planning and community education. Glenda began her career with Arbor Memorial Services in 2005.
Funeral Director / Office Administrator
Shannon was born in Scarborough, Ontario. She became a licensed funeral director in 2004 and has been with Arbor since 2002.
Glen has been a licensed funeral director for 16 years and has been with Arbor for 9 years.
Lisa joined Arbor in 2009. She sits on the Board for Bereaved families of York Region. In 2018 she visited the Centre for Loss in Colorado to study Wolfelt’s Hierarchy of why we have funerals.
