Dear Louise I just learned of Randy's very sudden passing. What a great loss to our extended family. I always enjoyed our chats and great humour when we met at family reunions. And his love for and pride in his children and grandchildren was so obvious. Please extend my condolences to Michael and Peter. Kathy

I remember Randy (or Mr. Levi, as he was known to me then) singing along to Doug and the Slugs on the long car ride up to the Levi cottage. Peter and I fell asleep in the back seat. After a late night arrival, we had days of splashing in the lake and playing in the sand, and evenings of rambunctious games of Yahtzee. Like most dads from childhood, he was a fixture in the background, but remained a bit of a benevolent mystery. I am sorry to hear of his passing - my thoughts are with you Michael and Peter.
