I cannot profess to have known Gary intimately, but as a Clinical Lecturer for the U of M undergraduate Medical Program in Brandon I came to know & respect his gentle manner, his reassurance & his ever accessible advice. I distinctly recall the occasional visits he made to Western Medical Clinic in which at that time I was a partner, & teacher. On the rare situation involving a problem Student he was always ready & available with helpful advice.
I convey my sincere Condolences to all his Family & Dear Friends on his passing.
Dr Beazley was an amazing teacher and very compassionate physician. He was very much appreciated by all the medical students and residents he helped over the decades. A true role model. I had the pleasure of learning from him during my residency, 1997-1999.
Thank you and God bless your family.
I am so very sorry to hear of Gary's passing; he was a wonderful man and a great doctor. Please be comforted in knowing that you have a great family to support You and many friends, which I hope I can be counted as one.
Gary was a mentor through my training as a family physician- in all aspects of full primary care from birth to death and everything in between, with special emphasis on family health, relationships were an important aspect of well being. Along with many other great family physicians he taught mentored and cheered many of today’s leaders in family medicine. He was the epitome of family doctor- and I am forever in his debt.
HI Liz, I received notice from Jim that Garry had died. I am out of town but wanted to express my condolences to you and your family. I will keep you in my prayers on Saturday. Nancy Finlayson
