Maltar Duro "George"passed peacefully, on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 after a lengthy illness at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital while surrounded by family at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Ana. Loving father of Daniel (Lesley-Ann), Dave (Patricia), Chris (Jennifer), and Jessica. Sadly missed by grandchildren William, Samuel, Emma, Mackenzie, Julian, Joshua, Chloe, Lily and Jacob. Survived by sisters Stephanie, Francis, Ilka, and brother Andy (and all their families). Fondly remebered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home 3164 Ninth Line Oakville on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 4-9 p.m. Mass will be held from Holy Trinity Parish Croatian Roman Catholic Church 2110 Trafalgar Road Oakville on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Glen Oaks cemetery. As expression of sympathy donations to OTMH (Palliative Care Unit), Canadian Cancer Society or Holy Trinity Parish Croatian Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
