It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Aunt and Mother
Soumaya Doumit Azar at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her parents Doumit
and Wassile Azar. By her Sister Genevieve Andary and Brother in law Estephan
Andary. She is survived by her loving Sister Salime Azar. Nieces Maria Dawson,
Katia Andari, Lilian Glass, Amale Wolf, Wassile Bou-Mansour, Julianna Morris,
and many Great Nieces and Nephews.
Soumaya had a passionate heart &
she was very patient, kind & compassionate. Her love for her family
didn’t know any boundaries especially for her nieces. Her purpose in life was
to serve mother Mary, her church, her family & others. A funeral service will be held for Soumaya at
Janisse Funeral Home 1139 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor ON Tuesday, January 11, 2022

We are so saddened to hear of Soumaya’s passing we always remember her smile and dedication to Mother Mary auxiliary and support for St Peters Church . She always made a point to see us and show her love and support for all of us . Our sincere condolences thoughts and prayers to her Sister Salima and all her family God bless all of you in this most difficult time an angel now watching over all of you .May her eternal Rest In Peace she will be missed but not forgotten. Sorry for your loss ! Our deepest condolences! I know Soumaya for over 25 years . Soumaya was a pleasant person always positive in a good mood laughing all the time . She really had a way with people everybody loved her. She always told me I love you sanoua as much as I love my nieces.(love you too auntie❤️) Thinking of all the times we had coffee at your place … i will never forget you! Our deepest sympathy bchouty family .
