Azar, Soumaya Doumit December 30, 1931 - January 7, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Aunt and Mother Soumaya Doumit Azar at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her parents Doumit and Wassile Azar. By her Sister Genevieve Andary and Brother in law Estephan Andary. She is survived by her loving Sister Salime Azar. Nieces Maria Dawson, Katia Andari, Lilian Glass, Amale Wolf, Wassile Bou-Mansour, Julianna Morris, and many Great Nieces and Nephews. Soumaya had a passionate heart & she was very patient, kind & compassionate. Her love for her family didn’t know any boundaries especially for her nieces. Her purpose in life was to serve mother Mary, her church, her family & others. A funeral service will be held for Soumaya at Janisse Funeral Home 1139 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor ON Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 11am. We are so saddened to hear of Soumaya’s passing we always remember her smile and dedication to Mother Mary auxiliary and support for St Peters Church .
She always made a point to see us and show her love and support for all of us .

I know Soumaya for over 25 years .
Soumaya was a pleasant person always positive in a good mood laughing all the time . She really had a way with people everybody loved her.
She always told me I love you sanoua as much as I love my nieces.(love you too auntie❤️)
