David was passionate about his career and over the course of 46 years of practicing medicine, he cared for his patients with compassion, dedication and conscientiousness. Even though I was only able to work with Dr Lyons for 2 years, he will always be a major impact on the sonographer I am today.
Dr Lyons always nurtured and advocated for doing all that we can for our patients and to never take short cuts just for the numbers. This should be standard practice, but in the world we live in now, it seems not all health care provider put their patients above all else. He helped me own this and made it possible for me to provide my patients with full care they deserve.
He truly cared for his patients, and for the art and challenge of Sonography.
I will always appreciate him taking me on as a new sonographer and for being so open to teaching me.
He was truly an amazing man and radiologist.
I will be forever thankful for my time with him.
Thank you Dr. Lyons, and I share my deepest condolences and admiration to his family and friends.
