A few weeks after moving to Ottawa 10 years ago I attended a Military Christian Fellowship conference. Larry was the director. He made me feel welcome and encouraged me to participate and use my talents and ministry experience with the MCF. He was one of the hardest working, kindest, supportive people I ever met. We are grieving but he is enjoying a rich, rich reward in heaven.

From the time we moved next door to Larry, he welcomed us. We were Larry's neighbours for several years. He was always a humble, generous and caring man. His devotion to his wife and family was always outstanding. His passing will be a loss for many loved ones. We will keep Larry in our prayers. God Bless

Larry was a wonderful human being with a beautiful soul! He was also blessed with a splendid sense of humour. I once said to Larry - it was something that I read somewhere that I felt suited me to a tee - "Larry I wish to live my life is such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning - the devil will curse - "Damn he's already out and about!" Larry looked at me and said - people have been saying that about you for years!
I will deeply miss Larry - he was a highly treasured friend.
