I remember your mother from the many auctions I attended. She taught me how to properly pack items I had purchased. She was a commanding presents, wanted things to be done right! A great lady.

To the Walker family -- My sincere condolences to you all on the loss of Linda. Indeed a sad occasion. I had the privilege to be in her company during our four years together at Ottawa University as we both pursued a post RN BScN. She was always upbeat with a " can do " attitude as we navigated this new / advanced / and complex medical environment as mature students. Since then we have kept in contact and I was so pleased to visit her in her lovely home on Northwoods Drive where she retired to / relished in her cherished family visits / was a consummate hostess - and still displayed her sense of fun and that infamous chuckle. I will miss her and always think of her fondly.

I remember her through nursing, her incredible craft classes, neighbourhood parties and of course the auctions. We shared many a chuckle over a glass of wine. Both Linda and Peter were our neighbours and friends, both taken far too soon.
