My condolences to your family. I worked with Ron several times in the past 10 years. I always enjoyed our talks - and hearing the pride in Ron’s voice when he spoke about his family and his work with Rotary. He will be missed.

I was privileged to know Ron for most of my business career, starting with working with him in the Gulf Canada HR department in the good old days. We worked closely together on the Board and many conference events at HRAC over the years. We were colleagues for decades and shared office space for over 5 years and some of my fondest memories with him were eating dinner at the Chuckwagon barns during at the Stampede. He was a very fine, hardworking and charitable man who always had a happy smile and a quick wit. I am pleased that I knew him for several decades and am sure he is still smiling down on us.
