It's been many years since we've spoken but I am very, very sad to know that Cathrine is no longer here. Despite the years of silence and distance, I will miss you deeply, Cathy. To Brian, Cathrine's family, Brian's family, and Cathrine's close friends, my thoughts are with you all. I'm very sorry for your loss, and Cathrine is a tremendous loss. She will not be forgotten.

My brother David was in the same, very tight,  hospital room at Sunnybrook. I saw catherines family again in the palitive care unit at Sunnybrook. I only just met Catherine's mom and dad and shared a smile or a few words with her husband and sisters.  I know Catherine is loved so very much by her family and friends.     Catherine, please know that you and your family have touched me, and my family's heart's during these very difficult times.   I want to reach out, and offer my deepest condolences to you all.
