I have known Lori for 40 years she was fun loving, understanding, and many other traits.
I met Lori when I was 19 yrs old, we both worked in a nursing home. met in a CHCA course
she knew my Mom and that is when I found the best friend whom I will never ever forget
we had a bond stronger than sisters. Lori, through the years helped me through some very
tough times. Lori always knew the right words to say no matter what. When ever one of us
was going through something, Lori or myself just knew and we would phone each other, and say
ok whats up just knowing each other like a connection no matter how far apart we were.
Lori had that genuine way about her, no matter what, never judging just listening and helping where
she could. Lori was God Mother to both my kids, and when she met my husband, her first words
were " he is a keeper" and when she said that i knew i find my prince through all others.
When my father met her years ago, he said she is an inspirational person, and a very good friend to have
for life.
I will miss her greatly in my life and no matter where she is, I know she has no pain
Lori love you and hope you are on your trip of a lifetime and party on
Love always and forever
Renee
So sad to hear of this news, I I met Lori back in the early 80`s and although haven't seen her in many years I have often thought about her and the fun times we had together.
She had a heart of gold and was so strong. I remembered when she was first diagnosed with lupus, she was determined that she would not let her diagnosis define her and she lived her life to the fullest
My condolences to her family and friends, she will be deeply missed.
