We were very sorry to hear about the passing of Zia Assunta.

In this troubling time, its the news you expect, but are never ready for.

I have many fond childhood memories of times spent around Zia.

She was the matriarch of our extended family growing up at Lauder.

Her journey will continue in our hearts.

Our deepest condolences to Clara, George, Jessica, Angela, and the rest of the family and friends.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of a beautiful Mom and Nonna. Clara you and your family will all be in my thoughts and prayers as you grieve. May the wonderful memories that you have made through the years be of some comfort in the coming days.

I never did have the pleasure of meeting her personally but through stories from Angela and Kyle I felt like I knew her and loved her. May she be at eternal peace with her loving husband Giovanni. God bless you all. Much love.

Sharon
