Today I decided to write an email to Mr. Falger without any awareness that he has passed away. I am so sad ! R.I.P. In 2015 Mr. Flager was interviewing me for a job position. I did not get this job but I will always and forever remember our conversation after that . I have never met such a GREAT person in my life. Now I have a permenent job, senior position I couldn't share with him. ...He was an exteremely amazing person, Yes, the world lost a great person with his passing. I believe in God and believe that he is Blessed forever ! 🙏

I just learned today of Wilf's passing. I had the opportunity to work with Wilf within the same community in the world of Employment Services. Wilf was a beautiful soul who was loved by many. He was kind and thoughtful. The world lost a great light when he passed.

I was saddened to hear that Wilf left us. I came to know Wilf through the OSTD while attending one of their workshops in Toronto. We chatted a while and during our conversation he talked about pcpc and if I would be interested in knowing about the work of pcpc.

From that one conversation I made a visit to pcpc and did a tour and talked to one of their career counselors. I applied to an open position and was hired within couple of months. This began my career in non profits.

I owe a lot to Wilf for his generosity to share resources to anyone who needs it. He was an open and caring person. My most recent correspondence was through email in July and we talked about meeting when I visit to
Toronto the next time.

We will surely miss him.

Although Wilf was taken from us all too soon, he will always be remembered as a truly nice guy and a caring, witty and special friend. Having met Wilf in grade 5, we kept in touch all these years and shared so many great times together. The dances, camping, movies, card games (Risk until 3:00 am!), dinners, weekends away, the sports we played together (memories of the 'Hot Shots'), and the many laughs we shared with great friends.

Our sincere condolences go out to Christine, Ben, Lynn and Bob and the rest of your families. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Let's all celebrate Wilf's life for he made it a better and brighter one for us all! Cheers our dear friend, rest in peace.

With love,

Bob and Michele Convery
