I vividly remember Kelly and Kristin singing silly songs and dancing about, at the front of Shiloh church, about 30 years ago. Beautiful inside and out, then and now. Sending my deepest sympathy.
View MorePassed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the age of 39. Adored wife of Stephen Dilts for 10 wonderful years. Cherished daughter of Susan Cook (Bob) and Leigh Abbass (Leslie). Loving sister of Kristin Gowan (Matt) and step-sister to Sarah Merkley and Josh Merkley (Laura). Dear step-mother to Stephanie Dilts (Tyler) and Haley Dilts (Kyle). Devoted aunt of Ryan Dilts, Matthew Dilts (Jessie), Jonathan Dilts, Adalind Gowan, Everly Gowan and Marissa Martin (Jamie). Kelly will be dearly missed by her mother-in-law Judith Richardson (Merv), brothers-in-law Roger Dilts and Robert K Dilts (Sharlene), devoted friend Jack Sams and fur baby Cleopatra. Predeceased by her father-in-law Robert G Dilts. Kelly was a dedicated employee of IDT Systems in Cambridge for over 15 years. Kelly will be fondly remembered for her beautiful singing voice, and camera presence, incredible strength and perseverance. Thank you to the staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre and the Hamilton General for their compassionate care. Visitation will take place at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2723 Victoria St. N., on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.. Visitation will continue on Saturday, August 21 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a chapel service to follow. Due to Covid-19, spaces are limited. Please contact Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 519 904 0400 to reserve your spot for the visitation. For those who would like to attend the service and reception, please contact the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre will be greatly appreciated.
