Obituary Overview

In Loving Memory

Adele Ann Holt (Klemenz) of Calgary passed away suddenly at the age of 75 on June 26, 2020.

She was the loving mother of Dennis Holt, Cathy Holt (Bryan) and beloved sister of Darlene, Linda, Beverly, Bernice, Bonnie and Shelly. Adele will be tremendously missed by her granddaughters; Amanda Holt-Barberio (Gabriel), Kristen Holt (Christian), Ashleigh Holt (Kyle), Brittany Holt (Ryan), and her great-granddaughters Olivia and Amelia Barberio.

Adele was born in Bengough, Saskatchewan. She loved to read, cross stitch, play games on the computer, and talk to her sisters on the phone. She loved getting the family together for meals during the holidays where they could enjoy stories, laughs and lots of love under one roof. She was adored by her family and known mostly for her role as Grandma or Big Grandma. Adele's greatest passion in life was tending to her beautiful flowers that surrounded her home. Adele put a lot of tender love and care into her flowers, the same as she did for her family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey, her father Michael, her mother Josephine, and her sister Patricia.

*In the arms of the angel, fly away from here. We know you are in good hands now. You are always loved, never forgotten, and forever missed*

We are so sorry to hear of Adele’s death. Dewey and Adele, Kathy and Dennis would come to Sask. to visit Adele’s sisters. Our family,Jean and Elwyn Schneck would get together with them also. It was so much fun, they were lovely people. My thoughts go out to Kathy and Dennis and all their extended family. Sincerely Tracy Lix (Schneck)

We were shocked to hear about Adele’s passing. We had seen her not long when she was shopping for bedding out plants. It was a great pleasure to have known both Adele and Dewey. We used to go the Forest Lawn Legion for fish and chips and pancake breakfast during Stampede. They will be missed by us all. Sincerely John and Valerie Abramchuk
