James Edward Inch

James Edward Inch, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the age of 60 years. 

He was the loving father of Jenna Lisa Inch of Calgary. James will also be lovingly remembered by his ex-wife Anita Lamarche of Calgary; his adopted family, sister Liz Inch of Victoria, BC, brother Peter Inch of Victoria, BC and his birth sister Tammy Burroughs of Grass Valley, California. He was predeceased by his adoptive parents Ken and Irene Inch, birth parents John Burroughs and Georgina Riches and brother Michael Burroughs. 

Born and raised in British Columbia, Jim loved nature, the outdoors and travel. His career as an electrician eventually lead him to travelling and working on and offshore on many continents. He also tended to horses as a farrier. For leisure activities, he most enjoyed horseback riding, camping, hunting, fishing, archery and bonfires at his acreage. 

A Memorial Service will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home, (Prairie View Chapel, 1605 – 100 Street SE, Calgary) on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to The Canadian Mental Health Association.
