Words cannot express the sorrow of all the extended family in N.Ireland feel on the passing of Doug.
Over recent years Cedy and Doug made us welcome in their home during our vacations. We have very fond memories of our conversations with him, which ranged from hunting, fishing, sports and politics, which he had an extensive knowledge of.
It was a privilege and honour to have met such a great family man and friend.
Will be missed by all of our family but memories will last for ever.
Deepest sympathy to Cedy and all the family.
Peace Perfect Peace.

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I got to know Doug through his son Kevin and daughter in law Haley. Doug was a loving man and he loved and cherished his wife. Doug, I thought of you as a dad and I will miss you. I was blessed to have known you.
