Elizabeth "Betty" Agnew

AGNEW, Elizabeth “Betty” – Peacefully at Extendicare Oshawa with her loving family by her side on Sunday August 11, 2019, at the age of 83. Loving mother of Louise Seaton (Tony), Joanne Darroch (James), Martin (Lori), Gerard Agnew. Devoted Nana to Paul Seaton, Raylene Seaton (Anthony), Matt Worobec (Nicole), Danielle Nicolaou (Simon), Sean and Julia Darroch, Emily, Owen and Grace Agnew. Greatest Nana to Callum, Eva and Leanna. Dear sister of Theresa, Gerald Woods (Rena), and the late Ann, Margaret, John, James, Charlie, Frank, and Thomas. Will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews in Canada, Scotland, California and France. Sadly missed by her travelling buddy Val McColl. Dedicated former employee of Canadian Tire. A special thank you to the staff of the 2nd floor; Extendicare Oshawa for their loving care and dedication. A Celebration of Betty’s Life will be held on Saturday August 24th, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Road Whitby (905-443-3376).
