SLACK Kathleen Joan (nee Carlisle), peacefully at Thorntonview Long Term Care on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in her 89th year. Joan, beloved wife of the late Thomas Slack. Loving mother of Kenneth (Katie) and Valerie (Jeff Hammers). Proud grandma of Kevin, Aaron and Kyla. Predeceased by her sister Dorothy Hill. I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy on hearing about Joan’s passing. She was a lovely lady and I, as her elder from St. Andrew’s, enjoyed visiting with her.
