MOORE, Mervin


Passed away peacefully after a short battle with ALS on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa at the age of 84.   Beloved husband of Marlene.   Loving father of Dan, Scott and Jane.   Sadly missed by eight grandchildren.   Dear brother of Marg Adams, John Moore and Nettie Woodhouse and the late Elmer, Earl, Velma and Evelyn.Friends may call at the MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Rd., Whitby, 905-443-3376 on Thursday, September 26 and Friday, September 27 from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Interment to follow at Mount Lawn Cemetery.   As an expression of sympathy, donations to the ALS Clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital (https://donate.sunnybrook.ca/als18)  would be appreciated by the family.
